Priori unveils flexible LED-light therapy mask

Priori Unveiled led-therapy mask

You might have heard about LED-light therapy to keep your skin healthy and wrinkle free. If you have, you’ve probably also seen the rigid masks used for the therapy. They’re fairly uncomfortable and never actually fit your face. Luckily that’s a thing of the past, as science driven skincare brand Priori has created a flexible mask.

Flexible LED-light mask

Priori’s mask has been coined the UNVEILED Flexible Light Therapy Mask and boasts a creative design. Unlike other masks made out of hard plastic, this mask molds to your face to make the treatment more effective and comfortable. According to the company the UNVEILED mask has even clinically been proven to improve skin hydration and texture, and reduce signs of aging.

The mask uses two wavelengths of light to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, while also improving tissue oxygenation and blood flow. After the clinical trials of 4 weeks 96 percent of the participants reported less visible fine lines with a 38 percent decrease in wrinkles. 98 percent experienced firmer skin and 95 percent of the participants reported brighter and plumper skin.

10 minutes to radiant skin

To get results Priori advises wearing the mask 3 to 5 times a week for 10 minutes. It comes with a portable battery and automatically turns off when your session is finished. The company also advises using the LED-light mask in conjunction with their Adaptive skincare products for the best results and your most radiant skin. As for the price: UNVEILED will set you back 395 USD, which isn’t cheap. But then again, it’s a lot cheaper than other treatments and you can use it in the comfort of your own home.

Another mask that incorporates tech to get your skin glowing is Foreo’s UFO smart mask. This device doesn’t use LED-lights, but makes your pampering masks a lot more effective.
