Levitating cup with magnets
So the dessert cup doesn’t actually float around all by itself. It comes with a base station and uses electromagnetic suspension to stay up the air. You might have seen the floating bonsai trees online and that works pretty much the same way. The trees are usually positioned on a magnetic disc, but in this case the disc is incorporated into the cup itself. So you don’t have to worry about your dessert slipping off and crashing into oblivion.
The cup itself is made out of shatterproof faux glass and is dishwasher safe. As for the base station, you have several options to choose from. First of all you can opt for a wireless or wired version. The wireless version is chargeable and should be able to levitate the cup for about 8 to 10 hours on a single charge. And that’s more than enough time to scoop up whatever dessert you’re eating. Then there are also different color options to choose from and those would be white, black and grey.
Now obviously the wireless version has a higher price ticket attached to it. If you go for the wireless set (cup + base) it will cost you 139.95 USD. Should you opt for the wired version you can knock off 20 USD.
