Apple’s Airpods are just about the most popular wireless earphones on the market. And though they deliver quality audio, they share a common problem we find with most earphones. They tend to fall out of your ears. What to do? Jewellery designer Suhani Parekh has found a stylish solution: sleek earrings to keep those unruly AirPods in place.
Jewellery for your AirPods
Parekh came up with the idea as her own earphones kept falling out, disappearing into the void. At one point enough was enough and the designer decided to do something about it. The result is a range of three earrings named the Pebble Pods, Minimal/Active Tiny Pods and the Minimal/Active Tall Pods.
The most present of the three are the Pebble Pods. These sculptural earrings wrap around the stem of the AirPods to keep them in place and can also be worn on their own.
A touch of glam
The two other earphone holding earrings are less present than the Pebble Pods. When wearing them it actually doesn’t even look like you have earrings in. They seem to merely give your earphones a subtle golden touch, making them a bit more glam. As the names would suggest the Tiny Pods provide a small holder for your AirPods, while the Tall Pods are a bit… well taller.
All of the earrings are made out of Sterling silver and come with a golden-look finish. The Tiny and Tall Pods also have a silver-colored version. The handy earrings fit best with the original AirPods, but should work with other earphones as well.
