During CES 2021 Panasonic was one of the big players in the beauty tech arena. The company launched its innovative Nanoe hair dryer for perfectly hydrated locks. Today the device is actually for sale so let’s take a look at what it’s all about.

Infuse with moisture-rich particles

The new Panasonic Nanoe hair dryer has a few features you don’t normally see in your average blow dryer. As we know dryers tend to make your locks a bit dry, but the Nanoe actually claims to promote hydration. The device uses patented nanoe technology to draw moisture from the air. It then creates miniscule moisture-rich particles the company claims are small enough to penetrate the hair shafts. It sounds good and what’s even better is that those particles are said to contain almost 1,000 times more moisture than the general negative ion tech used in most hair dryers. The extra moisture helps protect your hair against styling damage and should make everything a whole lot shinier.

Oscillating nozzle

Another interesting feature the Panosonic hair dryer has to offer is an oscillating quick-dry nozzle. Because the nozzle moves around the heat is more evenly distributed. And that means faster drying hair, while the chance of overheating is reduced. Also in the package are a concentrator nozzle with a narrower tip and a diffuser to keep those curls in check.

Normally it takes a while before CES announcements are actually for sale, but in this case the Panasonic Nanoe hair dryer is available at Amazon as of today for 149.99 USD.

Another interesting hair dryer is the one by AER. No it doesn’t do a whole lot with nano particles. On the other hand it does come with SmartDry AI tech and actually works without a cord.
