If you buy an expensive NFT, everyone had better know that you are indeed the owner of the digital asset. To help you proudly flaunt your tokens, CASETiFY recently launched NFT Your Case. It’s a new digital store that lets you authenticate and print your NFTs on the one object you always have with you, yes that would be your phone.
First phygital phone case
To get your hands on an NFT phone case, a case that CASETiFY heralds als the first phygital case, you obviously have to get your token verified. Otherwise you’d just be ordering a case with whatever image you found on the internet.
“Proving authentication is everything to an NFT owner, and our platform eliminates those worries by decentralizing the verification process for creating phygital goods,” CASETiFY CEO Wes Ng recently said in a press release. “The launch of NFT Your Case allows the community to flex their digital artworks right in the palm of their hands, while opening the door to endless creative possibilities in the Metaverse.”
CASETiFY verification process
To get started users first have to connect their wallet to the system and choose the artwork they want to print. Next up is the verification process. If you have your NFT verified through the CASETiFY platform, you get to select an exclusive verified ring to go along with it. Other NFT collections will have to make due with the signature black camera ring. Along with the artwork and ring the case is also adorned with a QR-code that links to the NFT’s metadata and an image of the thing.
NFT case for iPhones and Galaxy devices
If you want to give it a go make sure you have an iPhone 8 and newer or a Samsung Galaxy S20 or S21. Unfortunately other phones won’t be able to get an NFT case (yet?). And obviously the case isn’t just to display your NFT, but to actually protect your phone. According to the website it should protect your precious from 6.6 feet drops and offer 360 degree all round impact protection. The case also features bezel screen protection and a flash absorbing camera ring. And the price? You can get your NFT case starting at 45 USD.
So what NFT should you walk around with? In a few days none other than Lamborghini will be launching its very first NFT. And to make things even more exciting, you’ll also get a physical key containing a piece of space carbon fiber.
